While this answer does look appealing, it is not entirely true. This is an uncontrolled intersection and there are no stop signs anywhere. The rule that grants the right of way to the first driver who arrived at an intersection applies to four-way stop intersection, while you can clearly see that this is not the case here.

Answer B to the Florida practice permit test question tells us that vehicle B has the right of way if it arrives at the intersection first. As with the previous answer, we already know that the first vehicle to arrive at an intersection receives the right of way only on four-way stop intersections.

Vehicle A has vehicle B on the right, however vehicle B is traveling on the terminating highway of a “T” intersection with no traffic control signs or signals.

Vehicle B would have the right of way if this was a regular intersection, since vehicle A is on its left, however vehicle B is traveling on the terminating road of a T intersection and thus it has to give way to other traffic that is going through the intersection.
