Kansas Drivers License Practice Test

Before you can be issued with a Kansas driving license, you will have to take both a drivers permit test and a driving skills exam. There are many ways for you to prepare for the learner's permit test and taking the 2013 Kansas drivers license practice test is not the worst one. The 2013 Kansas practice drivers test can help you learn the state driving rules, road signs and safe driving practices. The main advantage of taking the Kansas drivers practice test is that it allows you to identify the driving rules you may have misunderstood during your study sessions, so you can always go back and review those materials.

Who Needs The Kansas Drivers License Practice Test

If you are reading this, you are probably thinking of applying for the Kansas drivers license or Kansas learner's permit right now and you know that before you can be issued with a driver's permit, you must take the Kansas DMV permit test. The drivers permit test covers Kansas driving laws, traffic signs and safe driving practices.

This is where the Kansas drivers license practice test comes in. The tests are based on the materials put forth in the official Kansas DMV manual, the same book the real drivers permit test is based on, and it follows the same format, so they are an invaluable tool to anyone who's getting ready to tackle the real thing, especially if used the right way.

Study Resources

Since the Kansas permit practice test was only meant to supplement your other study resources, you should not use it instead of the regular study guide. Prior to taking a Kansas driver practice test, grab yourself a copy of the Kansas drivers handbook and read the rules outlined there. Once done, take a Kansas DMV practice test and see how well you can do. Don't settle for one test and take as many as you can. Write out those questions you miss and revisit the chapters in the handbook that cover these topics. Now go back and take some more Kansas practice tests. Repeat these steps until you start getting a score of at least 90% on each drivers practice test. This score is a little higher than the one you need to get at the Kansas DMV, but that's all right, you cannot be “too good” when it comes to knowing the driving rules.

Taking a state-approved Kansas drivers education course is another way for you to prepare for the Kansas permit test, although it can be a little expensive. Most of the drivers ed classes will include driver practice tests, so you won't have to look for any outside study materials.

Kansas drivers license practice test allows you to pass your drivers permit test with no hassle at all. Take some drivers practice tests to make sure you are prepared for the real thing!

Hi there, Jason! If you are referring to the Kansas driving practice test, then there is no real "passing score" here, since the test was only made to help you learn the rules of the road. If you are receiving anything above 80%, it is considered to be good. If you are looking for the passing score for the Kansas permit test - it is 80%. There will be 25 questions on the test and you will need to answer at least 20 of them correctly.

Hello staff of this site, i was wondering how much of the test do you have to pass in order to..pass it. (such as how many questions can you get wrong and still pass it?)

Hi Vincent! Thanks for posting, we are really glad you found this Kansas driving practice test useful. Please share it through facebook or twitter so others may find this test as well. Thanks!

I did this practice test many times, and I kept improving my grades. Finally, I got 95% of it. This practice test helped me a lot. Thank you for posting it.

Hey Jordon, thank you for the question. This Kansas drivers practice test features questions that are similar to the real exam, but they are not identical. The test was created to help you study the road rules, not to allow you to memorize the answers to the Kansas permit test, there is simply no point in that. Good luck at the DMV!

How close is this to the real test? ARe the amount of questions the same?

Wow, that's really great, congratulations! Just to be safe, take this Kansas driving practice test a few more times, to make sure it wasn't a fluke. By the way, I would love for you to share your experience with other students who will be taking their permit test soon. Let us know how you prepared for the test, did you read the drivers handbook or do something else?

I got a perfect score
