the NY learner permit holder may not drive on streets within a park in New York City, or any bridge or tunnel under the jurisdiction of the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority
the New York instructional permit holder may not operate a vehicle in the Cross County, Hutchinson River, Saw Mill River, or Taconic State parkways in Westchester County

Failure to abide to these restrictions may result in revocation of your instructional permit and refusal to issue you with a valid NY driver license.
