Drivers Ed Fees Disputed

Buffalo Grove atheist, Rob Sherman, sued the high school and the Northwest Suburban High School District 214, arguing that the drivers education fees that the school charges are unconstitutional. Sherman sought a temporary restraining order to prevent the Buffalo Grove High School from charging $350 for their drivers ed class.
