When you finally choose to apply for your drivers license, the state will ask you to pass the 2013 Maryland permit test prior to issuing you with any type of a licensing document. It does not matter how old you are when you are applying for a license, there is no way around taking the 2013 Maryland MVA permit test. The exam tests your knowledge of road signs, traffic laws and safe driving techniques. Although the Maryland permit test questions are not specifically hard, you should start preparing for it well in advance if you want to pass the test the first time you take it. Remember, more than a half of first time takers fail the MVA permit test so you should go ahead and study before you hit the office.
If you are under the age of 18 and are applying for a drivers license in Missouri, you are not granted full driving privileges right away. Instead, you are first issued with a Missouri learners permit that comes with numerous restrictions. Missouri permit restrictions were designed by the Department of Revenue to ensure the safety of newly licensed drivers and those who surround them on public roads. In addition to the Missouri learners permit restrictions, you will also have to meet the requirements of the state graduated drivers license law and go through all graduate license stages before you are granted a full license. Each one of those stages will have its own restrictions and requirements.
